The customer builds two tempering bins locally. Their combined effective volume is about 30 cubic meters, suitable for about 10 hours of tempering in the reference arrangement.

The reference installed power is about 198.96 kW. Final motor power and electrical design are confirmed with the approved equipment list and local power supply.

What packing equipment is included?

The line includes two flour collection conveyors and one LCS25 automatic packing line. A second packing line can be selected when two flour streams need separate automatic packing.

How much installation space is required?

The preliminary reference space is about 20 x 6 x 8 meters. Final dimensions depend on the building, equipment layout, access, bins, platforms, and local construction conditions.

What service and warranty are provided?

Haiyun provides process design, manufacturing, installation guidance, commissioning, training, technical support, and spare parts. Normal equipment warranty is one year, and overseas projects normally receive basic wearing parts for about one year. Final terms follow the contract.
