80 TPD Wheat Processing: Designed around 80 tons of raw wheat input per 24 hours under suitable production conditions.
Complete Wet Cleaning: Screening, aspiration, destoning, magnetic separation, scouring, washing, and tempering prepare wheat for milling.
Balanced Milling Flow: The 4B5M1S1T process separates break, reduction, sizing, and tail duties, with coarse and fine 1M stock milled separately.
Twelve Milling Units: Six FMFQ2580 double roller mills form 12 independent 80 cm grinding units for clear passage control.
Deep Sifting Capacity: Two FSFG6 x 24 plansifters provide 12 compartments with 24 layers in each compartment.
Purification Support: Two FQFD49 x 2 x 3 purifiers improve middlings quality before reduction milling.
Bran Recovery: Two FFPD40 x 80 bran beaters recover useful flour from coarse and fine bran streams.
Flexible Tempering: Four customer built tempering bins provide at least 96 tons of total effective holding capacity.
Separate Product Routes: Two flour streams remain separate through storage, check sifting, magnetic protection, and automatic packing.
Project Support: Haiyun provides process design, installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, technical support, and spare parts supply.
