8 To 12 TPD Raw Corn Capacity: Matches compact commercial projects with about 333 to 500 kg per hour on a 24 hour basis.
Complete Compact Process: Combines cleaning, conditioning, dehulling, polishing, aspiration, roller processing, sifting, and product collection.
Grits And Flour Production: Separates marketable corn grits while routing suitable clean endosperm to corn flour production.
Controlled Water Conditioning: Uses measured water addition and about 15 to 40 minutes of tempering to improve dehulling stability.
Gentle Dehulling Route: Removes skin and part of the germ while limiting unnecessary breakage and excessive endosperm loss.
Aspiration After Polishing: Carries away loose skin, dust, light material, and part of the released germ before grinding and grading.
Roller Processing And Sifting: Produces selected grits sizes and flour while returning suitable oversize material for further processing.
Practical Central Control: Coordinates equipment startup, stopping, and basic motor protection for straightforward daily operation.
Flexible Product Sizes: Screen selection and process settings support large, medium, and small grits plus corn flour for local markets.

Q:Can the line produce both corn grits and corn flour?
A:
Yes. The compact route separates several grits sizes and routes suitable clean endosperm to flour production. Final product ratios follow the confirmed market target.
Q:Is a high purity corn germ product included?
A:
No. The standard compact line removes part of the germ and collects an ordinary germ rich byproduct. High purity germ or low fat products require a different process.
Q:How long is the corn tempered before dehulling?
A:
About 15 to 40 minutes is a useful process reference. Actual water addition and time depend on initial moisture, hardness, temperature, and target product.
Q:Can the grits sizes and flour fineness be adjusted?
A:
Yes. Roller settings, screen selection, material return, and product outlets are matched to the required large, medium, and small grits plus flour.
