Q:What does 100 TPD mean?
A:
It means a 24 hour theoretical raw wheat processing capacity of 100 metric tons. It does not mean 100 tons of finished flour.
Q:Why do eight duplex roller mills provide sixteen grinding units?
A:
Each duplex mill contains two independently assigned grinding sides. Eight physical machines therefore provide sixteen independent units for separate material duties.
Q:What is the standard milling flow?
A:
The standard flow uses 4 break, 6 reduction, 2 sizing, and 1 tail passage, subject to final confirmation from wheat and product requirements.
Q:Why is total roller length important?
A:
The standard scheme provides about 1280 cm of effective roller length. Passage allocation is more important than length alone because each material stream has a different load and purpose.
Q:How are sifting and purification selected?
A:
The reference uses about 16 to 18 plansifter compartments and about three duplex purifiers. Final quantities are calculated from independent material streams and equipment capacity.
