1 TPH Flaking Section Capacity: Handles qualified stabilized oat groats or cut groats at the inlet of the flaking process.
Clear Capacity Boundary: Separates flaking feed capacity from raw oat input and final packaged flake output for accurate project planning.
Steam Preparation Before Flaking: Applies controlled steam to raise product temperature and moisture to a condition suitable for rolling.
Independent Conditioning Cylinder: Provides time for heat and moisture to become more uniform before the product enters the flaking mill.
Adjustable Oat Flaking Mill: Uses stable feeding and controlled roll gap to form the required whole or cut rolled oat thickness and appearance.
Whole Or Cut Flake Flexibility: Processes whole oat groats as standard and can accept qualified cut groats from an optional upstream cutting loop.

A:
It refers to qualified oat groats or cut groats entering the flaking section. It is not raw oat input and does not equal final packaged flake output.
Q:Can raw oats be fed directly into the flaking line?
A:
No. Raw oats must be cleaned and, when required, dehulled, graded, and stabilized before they become suitable oat groats for the flaking section.
Q:What is included in the standard flaking process?
A:
The standard module includes feeding and buffering, magnetic protection, steam preparation, conditioning, flaking, fluidized bed drying and cooling, product screening, and inspection interfaces.
Q:Can the line make both whole rolled oats and cut rolled oats?
A:
Yes. Whole groats are the standard feed. Cut rolled oats require a suitable upstream cutting, grading, return, and fines separation loop before the flaking section.
Q:What steam pressure is required?
A:
About 0.4 MPa gauge pressure is a useful reference for steam preparation before flaking. Final pressure, quality, flow, condensate handling, and safety follow the selected equipment.
