1 To 2 TPH Raw Oat Capacity: Handles raw oats at a practical cleaning range before storage, dehulling, grading, or further processing.
Standard Dry Cleaning Route: Combines screening, aspiration, destoning, magnetic protection, surface treatment, and post treatment aspiration.
Screening By Size: Removes large and small impurities while preparing a steadier material flow for the following cleaning duties.
Aspiration Of Light Material: Separates dust, husk fragments, straw pieces, and other light impurities from the raw oat stream.
Density Based Destoning: Removes stones and other heavy impurities that differ sufficiently from oats in density and fluid behavior.
Magnetic Equipment Protection: Captures ferromagnetic metal before sensitive downstream equipment and does not replace a metal detector.
Oat Surface Treatment: Loosens awns, fine dust, and loose surface material before a dedicated aspiration step carries them away.
Separate Cleaned Oat Output: Delivers cleaned oats for the next process and does not misrepresent cleaning as oat dehulling.
Hulled Or Naked Oat Adaptation: Cleaning settings can be adjusted for raw oat type while later dehulling routes remain separate.
Modular Quality Upgrades: Length grading, thickness grading, gravity separation, color sorting, washing, and dehulling can be added by requirement.

It refers to the nominal input of raw oats into the cleaning line. It does not refer to oat groats, rolled oats, or finished packaged product output.
Q:Can the line clean both oats with hulls and naked oats?
A:
Yes. Screening, aspiration, destoning, surface treatment, and other settings can be adjusted, while the later dehulling route is selected separately from the raw oat type.
Q:Does this cleaning line produce oat groats?
A:
No. The standard output is cleaned oats. Oat groats require dehulling, hull separation, return handling, and further grading that must be listed as another module.
Q:What impurities can the standard line remove?
A:
It can remove suitable large, small, light, heavy, and ferromagnetic impurities. Material close to oats in size, density, or color may require gravity or color sorting.
Q:Why is surface treatment followed by aspiration?
A:
Surface treatment loosens awns, fine dust, and loose outer material. Immediate aspiration carries the released light material away instead of letting it mix back into the oats.
