100 TPD Industrial Scale: Designed on a 24 hour theoretical raw corn input basis for commercial grits and flour production.
Integrated Product Route: Coordinates cleaning, conditioning, dehulling, aspiration, grading, germ selection, milling, sifting, and packing.
Gentle Dehulling Sequence: Multistage processing removes outer layers progressively and supports better control of broken material.
Two Stage Aspiration: Removes loosened skin, dust, and light material after key surface treatment stages.
Size Based Separation: Grading creates more uniform fractions before germ selection and product routing.
Germ Selection with Recirculation: Unseparated material can return to relevant processing nodes for controlled reprocessing.
Separate Grits and Flour Paths: Qualified grits leave the milling route while material needing further reduction proceeds to roller milling.
Grits Surface Finishing: Brushing reduces adhering meal and loose skin before final quality checking and packing.
Progressive Milling and Sifting: Finished flour and fine grits are removed in stages while coarse stock returns to the appropriate route.

Q:What does 100 TPD mean?
A:
It means a nominal input of 100 metric tons of raw corn in 24 hours, or about 4.17 metric tons per hour. It is not finished product output.
Q:Can the line make grits and corn flour together?
A:
Yes. Product branches can produce several grits sizes and corn flour according to the confirmed product plan.
Q:What product ratios can be used for planning?
A:
On cleaned corn, grits may reference 45 to 55 percent, flour 20 to 30 percent, and combined output 76 to 80 percent. These ranges stay in one balance and require confirmed corn.
Q:Does the standard line produce high purity germ?
A:
No. It collects an ordinary germ rich byproduct. High purity germ or low fat products require a dedicated degermination route.
Q:Why are water addition and tempering required?
A:
They prepare the kernel surface for controlled dehulling. About 15 to 40 minutes is a process reference, adjusted to actual corn.
