Our press tonnage ranges from 1600T to 12000T. 1600T-3600T is ideal for conventional furniture melamine panels; 4000T-7200T matches laminate flooring with synchronous embossing requirement; above 8000T is customized for high-density fireproof board and large-size panel mass production. We provide targeted model recommendation according to your board thickness, output demand and steel plate layout.

Q:What is the actual temperature uniformity of your hot platen? How to guarantee 1 degree Celsius temperature difference across the whole plate surface?

Our hot platen adopts integrated deep-hole drilling flow channel + full-area thermal oil circulating design. Finite element thermal simulation is used for flow path layout during production, paired with multi-point real-time temperature sensors for closed-loop temperature adjustment. The surface temperature deviation is strictly controlled within 1 degree Celsius, effectively solving common defects such as board bubbling, whitening, local insufficient pressing and inconsistent gloss.

Q:What is the standard pressing cycle? Can pressing parameters be customized based on our melamine paper formula?

Standard pressing cycle is 15-30 seconds, which improves production capacity by up to 50% compared with traditional equipment. All parameters including pressure, temperature, holding time can be freely set and stored via Siemens PLC touch screen. We will provide optimized parameter suggestions according to your impregnated paper formula, substrate type and board thickness during technical communication.
