Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, could extend to 21 days.

We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged.

All financial transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard payment terms include a 30% advance with the order, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Typically, a 20-day period is needed for preparing fabric and accessories for standard styles. Orders under 10,000 pieces are recommended to have a 40-day timeline, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any garments fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
