We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required.

Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of B/L. For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Lead times are contingent on volume, design, and fabric choices. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, allow 40 days; for quantities exceeding 10,000 pieces, anticipate 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If a garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, with no requirement to return defective items.
