Standard products take about 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs may take up to 21 days.
Q:Do I pay for samples?
A:
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex products such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Transactions are in US$. Standard terms require a 30% deposit on order placement, with the balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
Q:What are your standard production lead times?
A:
For regular styles using standard fabric, material preparation takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically need a 40-day lead time, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces require approximately 50-60 days.
Q:Do you provide a return service?
A:
Yes. If items fail quality control, we will refund up to 100 pieces. For over 100 defective pieces, we will replace them at no cost. There's no need to return the failed items.
