Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas intricate designs, like new prints, may extend to 21 days.

Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items, such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs.

Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For larger transactions, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

For standard fabric styles, preparation typically takes around 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeframe is advised. For larger orders, anticipate lead times of 50-60 days.

If garments do not pass quality checks, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
