Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days.

We generally offer samples at no cost. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied.

All transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment upon order, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.

For standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is necessary for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.

Should garments not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no cost. Returning defective items is not required.
