AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier provides 3D design, ODM, OEM, and broad customization services, including customization from samples and designs. It operates one production line, reports output across several amusement-equipment categories, and states one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. Quality-system weaknesses are explicitly reported: no quality assurance, no raw-material traceability, and corrective-action and complaint procedures without written records. Export experience is limited to one year, with 21%–30% of sales from exports. Financial information is identified for 2021–2023, but no performance results are provided. The supplier has in-stock capability but no overseas warehouse or showroom, and it lacks a valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors. No certification holdings or specific customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe stated business scope covers manufacturing and sales of off-highway recreational vehicles and spare parts, amusement-park services, fiberglass-reinforced products, electronic products, sporting goods, and related agency or project services. This indicates a diversified supplier associated with amusement and recreational equipment, but the slices do not identify its legal ownership or exact primary supplier classification.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions, but no written records are maintained; its service-capability assessment procedure also has no records. It has in-stock service capability, but no overseas warehouse or showroom, indicating some support capacity with weak documented service governance and limited overseas infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers 3D software design, ODM, OEM for popular brands, and multiple customization modes. However, it reported no new products in the past year and no available SDK, so its service-based design capability is evidenced while recent product innovation and software integration capability are limited.

Production capacityThe supplier operates one production line, reports output across trackless tour buses, dinosaur riders, trackless trains, other amusement equipment, and rail trains, and states one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. It has in-stock capacity, but no valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors, which creates a documented production-governance weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, minor customization, flexible customization, and full customization, and also provides 3D design and ODM services. These repeated statements provide direct evidence of broad customization capability.
