Q:Is the pillow filler slow rebound memory foam?

You can try to grab a large handful of sponges, squeeze them tightly into your palm, and then release them. This may help you identify it.

Q:How do I adjust the pillow for different sleep positions?
A:
Back sleepers should remove about 1/4 of the fill for medium loft. Side sleepers can use the pillow as is for firm support. Stomach sleepers should remove about 1/3 of the fill for a thin, soft, airy feel.
