Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a factory with over 10 years of experience manufacturing corrugated box making equipment. We have our own production workshop, R&D team, and after-sales team. Customers are welcome to visit our factory in person.
Q:What is the warranty period for your equipment?
A:
The complete machine comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding wearing parts), plus lifetime technical support.
Q:Do you provide overseas on-site installation and commissioning service?
A:
Yes. We can send engineers to the customer's factory for equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training. Travel expenses are covered by the buyer.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit); other payment terms can also be negotiated. Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
