Use White Mesh for lower mesh counts (below 160) where high detail is not as critical. Use Yellow Mesh for high-precision work (200 mesh and above). The yellow pigment prevents UV light from "bouncing" under the film positive, ensuring your fine lines and dots remain crisp and sharp.

Q:Can this mesh be reused?

Yes. Our high-grade polyester mesh is designed to be "reclaimable." Once a job is finished, you can remove the emulsion and ink using specialized chemicals and use the same screen for a new design dozens of times.

Q:What do the letters "T", "S", and "HD" mean after the mesh count?

These refer to the Thread Diameter: T (Regular): The standard diameter used for 90% of all applications. S (Thin): Allows for more ink to pass through; great for high-speed printing. HD (Heavy Duty): A thicker thread for extreme durability and abrasive inks.
