Q:Which squeegee hardness should I choose for glass printing?
A:
For glass printing, 75 SH squeegees are recommended. For high-speed automatic machines printing on CDs or credit cards, 85 SH is ideal.
Q:How do I select the right durometer for rough surfaces?
A:
If the surface is rough or non-planar, a softer durometer between 60 and 70 SH is most suitable. For smooth surfaces, use a harder durometer between 80 and 90 SH.
Q:Are these squeegees resistant to UV inks?
A:
Yes, harder materials provide better solvent resistance. For aggressive inks like UV, use a harder durometer squeegee to eliminate swelling and chemical breakdown.
Q:What edge profiles are available?
A:
