If a new mold is needed, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Customers can send samples or drawings. We can also make new drawings according to your requirements.

What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?

Actual weight includes packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplied by the weight per meter and length.

What are your payment terms?

For the first order, we use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
