Yes, we are a TOP 10 aluminum profile manufacturer in China with more than 33 years' experience. We are a listed company (stock code: 002988) exporting over 450,000 tons annually. Our facility includes 15 smelting furnaces, 54 extrusion lines, 10,000 tons of extrusion machines, 20 aging furnaces, 3 oxidation lines, and a powder spray line. We hold over 100,000 molds, 50 certificates, and 332 patents.
Q:Can you provide samples and what is the MOQ?
A:
Free samples are available, but customers must pay the shipping cost. Please provide an International Express Account for freight collect. MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model.
Q:What is the thickness for anodizing and can you do 15 um?
A:
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can produce 20 um and above.
Q:What colors are available for powder coating and what is the thickness?
A:
We can do any color for powder coating as long as you provide a color sample. The powder coating thickness is usually between 60-80 um.
Q:How do you charge the mold fee?
A:
If a new mold is needed for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded to the customer when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
