Q:Do you support samples and what is the MOQ?

Free samples are available, but customers must pay shipping costs. MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model.
Q:What is the thickness for anodizing and can you do 15 um?
A:
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can produce 20 um and above.
Q:What colors are available for powder coating and what is the thickness?
A:
We can do any color for powder coating if you provide a color sample. The thickness is usually between 60-80 um.
Q:How is the mold fee charged?
A:
If a new mold is needed, the fee will be refunded to the customer when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
