Free samples are available, but customers must pay for shipping costs. The MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model.
Q:What is the thickness for anodizing and can you do 15 um?
A:
Our normal anodizing thickness is about 10 um. We can certainly produce 20 um and above upon request.
Q:What colors are available for powder coating and what is the thickness?
A:
We can produce any color for powder coating if you provide a color sample. The typical thickness for powder coating is between 60-80 um.
Q:How is the mold fee charged for new profiles?
A:
If a new mold is required, the mold fee will be refunded to the customer once the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
