How is the mold fee charged?

If we need to open a new mold, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Customers can send us samples. You can also give us drawings, or we can make new drawings according to your requirements.

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight includes packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, by multiplying the weight of each meter by the length of the profile.

What are your payment terms?

For the first order, we usually use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
