Q:Do you support samples? What is your MOQ?

Free samples are available, but customers should pay for the shipping cost. In case of any misunderstanding, we appreciate that you can provide us the International Express Account for Freight Collect. MOQ: 1 metre ton for each model.
Q:What is the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15 um?
A:
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 20um and above.
Q:What colors can you do for powder coating? What is the thickness?
A:
We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide the color sample. Our powder coating thickness is usually between 60-80um.
Q:How do you charge the mold fee?
A:
In case we need to open new mold for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
