How is the mold fee charged?

If we need to open a new mold, the fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Customers can send samples or drawings. We can also make new drawings according to your requirements.

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight includes packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing by multiplying the weight per meter by the profile length.

What are your payment terms?

For the first order, we usually use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, we can do 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
