If a new mold is needed, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Do I need to provide drawings for new molds?

Customers can send us samples or drawings. We can also make new drawings according to your requirements.

What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?

Actual weight includes packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplying the weight per meter by the profile length.

What are the payment terms?

For the first order, we use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
