How is the mold fee charged?

In case we need to open a new mold for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Customers can send us samples. Of course, you can also give us drawings. We can also make new drawings according to your requirements.

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging. The theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

What are the payment terms?

For the first order, we usually use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading the container. For future orders, we can do 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
