Q:Do you provide free samples and what is the MOQ?

Free samples are available, but customers must cover the shipping cost. The MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model.
Q:What is the standard thickness for anodizing and can you do 15um?
A:
Our normal anodizing thickness is about 10um. Yes, we can produce thicknesses of 20um and above.
Q:What colors are available for powder coating and what is the thickness?
A:
We can provide any color for powder coating if you supply a color sample. The typical powder coating thickness is between 60-80um.
Q:How is the mold fee charged?
