The sample is free. 2) If you want to get printed samples with your design, after confirming the order, we can offer printed samples to you; the sample is free. 3) If you just want to get printed samples and are not sure when you or your client is going to make them, we can also make samples for you, but we will charge the sample fee. The sample charge is depend the books you are making.

Please provide us with the Vector AI or CDR design file. If you use the PSD or JPG file, please make sure the picture resolution is higher than 400 DPI. To make sure the font is right as well as avoiding the omission of symbols and words, you should outline the content.

The shipping time is usually 5-7 working days by express or by air, and around 4 weeks by sea.

We accept T/T (Paypal or Escrow, Western Union), bank transfer, 30% deposit before production, and the rest 70% balance paid before shipping.
