Please let me know The Material, Finishing process request, banding style, artwork, quantity, and the transport method. If this is the first time doing these products, please let me know what kind of books you are looking for, and we can send some samples to you for reference.
Q:How to get the samples.
A:
1) If you just know how to check the quality, we can offer some similar samples to you to reference. The sample is free. 2) If you want to get printed samples with your design, after confirming the order, we can offer printed samples to you; the sample is free. 3) If you just want to get printed samples and are not sure when you or your client is going to make them, we can also make samples for you, but we will charge the sample fee. The sample charge is depend the books you are making.
Q:What kind of design files for printing are requested?
A:
Please provide us with the Vector AI or CDR design file. If you use the PSD or JPG file, please make sure the picture resolution is higher than 400 DPI. To make sure the font is right as well as avoiding the omission of symbols and words, you should outline the content.
Q:What is the usual shipping time?
A:
The shipping time is usually 5-7 working days by express or by air, and around 4 weeks by sea.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T (Paypal or Escrow, Western Union), bank transfer, 30% deposit before production, and the rest 70% balance paid before shipping.
