We will send our technician for the installation. Customer should responsible for round-way airline ticket, hotel & meals as well as the allowance at USD 120/day.

Are the machines tested in your factory before shipment?

Q:How many square meters are required to set up a block factory?

Generally, the whole factory requires 3000~4000 square meters, including the recommended workshop to cover the equipments at 400-500 square meters. Equipments are suggested to keep under the shed.

Q:What is the warranty period for the machine?

The warranty for the machine is one year after installation or 15 months after shipment, whichever comes first. Spare parts will be sent to customers free of charge during the warranty period.
