The foundation drawing for the whole plant will be provided within 7 days after the order is confirmed. Customers can prepare the foundation construction according to the provided drawing.

How about the installation and commissioning process?

After equipment arrival and foundation readiness, we send one technician for installation and commissioning. The technician will also train customer staff on operation and maintenance.

How about the installation cost?

The customer is responsible for round-way airline tickets, hotel, meals, and an allowance of USD 120 per day for the technician.

Q:How many square meters are required to set up a block factory?

Generally, the whole factory requires 3000-5000 square meters. The recommended workshop to cover equipment is 500 square meters, and equipment should be kept under a shed.
