After the equipment arrives at the customer's site and the foundation, water, and electricity are ready, we will send a technician for installation and commissioning. The technician will also train the customer's staff on how to operate and maintain the equipment.

What are the costs associated with installation?

We will send our technician for installation. The customer is responsible for round-way airline tickets, hotel, meals, as well as an allowance of USD 120/day.

Are the machines tested in the factory before shipment?

Yes, all of our machines will be tested in our workshop before container loading. Customers are warmly welcome to do the inspection before shipment.

Generally, the whole factory requires 3000~4000 square meters, including a recommended workshop of 400-500 square meters to cover the equipment. Equipment is suggested to be kept under a shed.

The warranty for the machine is one year after installation or 15 months after shipment, whichever comes first. Spare parts are sent free of charge during the warranty period.
