Underground Mine Bottom-Dumping Bucket with Conical Bucket Body

The bottom discharge bucket is a concrete placement container specially designed for vertical shaft construction in coal, metal and non-metal mines. It is especially suitable for freezing method construction and other working conditions where concrete delivery pipes cannot be used. The bucket transports concrete to the pouring point and discharges it evenly from the bottom.

The bucket has a conical (V-shaped) body with four channel steel legs for stable standing. The bottom is equipped with a sector gate operated by a handle mechanism: workers simply open the handle, and concrete discharges from the bottom by gravity, which is fast and convenient. The thick high-strength steel body and rubber sealing plates ensure durability and prevent concrete leakage during transport.

We offer the full TD series bottom discharge buckets with capacities from 1.2 cubic meter to 5 cubic meter (TD-1.2, TD-1.6, TD-2.0, TD-2.4, TD-3, TD-4, TD-5), bucket body diameter from 1450mm to 2150mm, and weight from 815kg to 2100kg. Customized capacity and size are available to meet different shaft diameters and pouring volumes.

No. The bottom discharge bucket is strictly designed for concrete and material transport only, and must never be used for personnel hoisting for safety reasons. Personnel transport should use dedicated mine cages. We strictly follow this safety rule on all our products.
