The raw material of the egg tray production are mainly newspaper, literature readings paper,paper carton, paper box and even the leftover pieces from the carton factory or printing factory
Q:Do we need add others additives when make the egg tray?
A:
You can add pigment if you want to make colorful egg tray, and you can add waterproof glue if you want to make waterproof egg tray
Q:What's the egg tray mold material you make? Which is better?
A:
We can make plastic mold ,aluminum mold and ABS mold. The plastic is cheap,the aluminum mold have long life time, but the ABS mold is Exquisitely crafted, stronger than plastic, lighter than aluminum, and does not corrode or oxidize. We recommend ABS mold.
