Q:What materials can you provide for spray tower? Which one fits my waste gas?

We supply PP, FRP fiberglass, stainless steel 304/316. PP is best for acid & alkali mist, low cost, anti-corrosion, working temp no more than 60 C. FRP has heavy corrosion resistance and longer service life. SS304/316 suits high-temperature exhaust gas above 80 C with strong mechanical strength. Tell us your waste gas composition & temperature, we will recommend the most suitable material.

Q:Can I customize the size and airflow of the spray tower?

Yes, full customization is supported. Standard airflow ranges from 100 to 100,000 m3/h. We adjust tower diameter, height, spray layers, inlet/outlet position, pump power and add PLC automatic control system according to your on-site working conditions. Just provide your gas volume, pollutant type and workshop layout.

Q:Whats the waste gas removal efficiency of your scrubber tower?

For acid mist, alkali fume, organic waste gas, the purification efficiency can reach 90%-95% under normal operation. It widely treats HCl, sulfuric mist, ammonia, printing & painting VOCs. Multi-layer spray and packing design ensures stable high purification effect to meet local environmental emission standards.
