What kind of package do you have?

Usually, we use the standard white box or carton. Package can also be customized on request.

What are your shipping options? And how soon will the goods be delivered to us?

Accepted Answer

We will recommend some shipping options and ship the goods according to your choice. The goods will be shipped by sea, by air or by express (DHL, FedEx, ups, Ems, TNT door to door shipping). Depending on the type of battery and the quantity, the time to complete production can range from 7 days to 1 month. (If your demand is particularly large or unusual, 2 months are also possible. We can deliver goods by installments if you have an urgent need.)

Do your batteries have certificates?

Some of them have. We will provide our customers with these certificates. But the performance of all our batteries is guaranteed can pass the test(UN38.3/ KC/ IEC62133...), or will be considered defective and accepted for fully return; We also provide agency services to help customer: contact testing lab, arrange testing samples, follow up the certification process, and get the certificates you need.

What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

The MOQ is usually 100 pieces. However, we can consider our future partnership opportunities and the unit price of the battery. If the evaluation is suitable, we will be very willing to lower the MOQ requirement.

Can you send us samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can provide samples. Depending on the quantity of samples and future partnership, we can even provide you with free. However, if you need pretty special customization, there may have MOQ requirement or tooling costs. In most cases this will not happen because more than 19 years of experience has given us many models to choose from.
