What's the difference between "Unit/mg" on your pen and "IU" on traditional PFS?

IU (International Unit) is a biological potency standard specific to certain drugs (e.g., insulin, heparin). 1 IU = fixed biological activity, not a fixed weight/volume. Primarily for **biologicals like insulin, heparin, and vaccines, where dose is defined by biological potency (IU).
Unit / mg on our pens measures concentration-based dose- calculated from drug concentration (mg/mL) and volume per click (mL). Pens can be customized with mg scales for specific drug formulations.
