Q:What anti corrosion steel pipes can you produce?

We produce 3PE TPEP fire protection epoxy coated, IPN8710 and epoxy coal tar pitch coated pipes. Base pipe: spiral, seamless, straight seam steel pipe.

Q:How to choose normal / reinforced grade for 3PE pipe?

Normal grade for ordinary soil. Reinforced grade for high corrosive saline alkali soil and long distance buried pipelines. Customization is available per project requirements.

Q:What is service life?

3PE pipe: 30 to50 years under normal buried condition. Fire protection coated pipe: over 50 years. It depends on soil and construction conditions.

Q:What standards do you follow?

3PE: GB/T23257 2017, DIN30670, ISO21809 1. Fire protection pipe: GB/T28897 2021. Customer specified standards are acceptable.

Q:What certificates can you offer?

MTC, SGS/BV inspection report, NDT & coating test report. Third party factory inspection is available.
