High Visibility Cast Aluminium Road Stud for Road Edge Marking

A road stud (also called a raised pavement marker or cat eye reflector) is a safety device installed on road surfaces. Its core function is to enhance visibility of lane lines, centerlines, and hazards at night, in fog, or rain, guiding drivers and reducing accidents. It also helps with lane separation and speed control.

Our road studs use high-quality materials for durability: Housing: Impact-resistant ABS plastic or aluminum alloy (for heavy-duty applications). Reflectors: High-brightness prismatic acrylic or glass beads. Base: Anti-slip adhesive rubber or metal (for better road adhesion). Some models are also filled with sand/aggregate for extra weight and compression resistance.

We offer standard colors for different traffic needs: Yellow: For lane dividers/centerlines on highways. White: For edge lines/shoulder markings. Red/Green: For special applications (e.g., exit/entry guidance, bus lanes). Custom color combinations (e.g., yellow-white, double yellow) are also available.

1. Clean and dry the road surface thoroughly. 2. Mark the installation position. 3. Use epoxy adhesive (for permanent fixing) or screws (for removable models). 4. Press the stud firmly and wait for the adhesive to cure (24 hours recommended). For heavy traffic roads, pre-drilling holes and using expansion bolts is advised.

Plastic road studs: 2-3 years under normal urban/highway traffic. Aluminum alloy road studs: 5+ years, ideal for heavy-load roads. All products are UV-resistant and waterproof, with reflectors maintaining high visibility for over 2 years.
