AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company offering excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, and bulldozers. It reports a six-person workforce in one record, while another describes a 30-person professional team, creating an unresolved staffing discrepancy. Its stated strengths include second-hand machinery using original Japanese hydraulic parts, equipment inspection and maintenance before delivery, global logistics coordination, broad export coverage, flexible customization, and lead times within 15 working days. R&D resources are limited to one engineer, with no ODM service, brand OEM service, SDK, or new products launched in the prior year. Certification, quality assurance, traceability, environmental assessment, fire-drill status, and complaint-handling effectiveness are not sufficiently evidenced. No cooperation with Fortune 500 companies is reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with no larger-company affiliation and offers excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, and bulldozers. Its descriptions indicate a machinery trading and maintenance operation, including second-hand equipment and logistics support, rather than clearly documented manufacturing ownership.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it provides technical support for production and after-sales service, full-cycle pre- and after-sales services, maintenance, global logistics coordination, and delivery lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season. However, complaint handling and corrective/preventive action mechanisms are listed as “Others” without substantive details, limiting verification of service effectiveness.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has one R&D engineer whose responsibilities include confirming customer requirements, designing new products, and providing technical support, with one year of total R&D experience. Against this limited resource, it reports no ODM service, no available SDK, and no new products launched in the past year, indicating a constrained documented innovation capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports flexible customization as a design-service capability. This supports an available customization option, although the scope, engineering process, and delivery limitations are not specified.

Client casesThe supplier reports customers across China and exports to Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, Africa, Europe, South America, the Middle East, and America, and indicates that 50%–80% of buyers are repeat buyers. It reports no cooperation with Fortune 500 companies, and no named customer cases or independently verifiable project references are provided.
