Industrial Electric Globe Valve with RS485 Communication Interface

It is an automatic process control valve composed of a linear electric actuator and a valve body. The valve stem is driven by a motor to perform linear reciprocating motion to accurately adjust medium flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level. It can receive analog control signals and automatically adjust the valve opening. It is widely used in closed-loop control systems and is the core equipment for automatic regulation in HVAC, chemical industry and water treatment industries.

Our linear electric control valves are single-seat control valves. According to functions, they are divided into standard on-off type, intelligent modulating type, high-temperature type and low-temperature anti-freezing type. They can adapt to different working conditions such as differential pressure regulation, flow regulation and temperature mixing.

The products are widely used in central air conditioning HVAC systems, thermal heating, chemical and petrochemical industry, sewage treatment, electric power energy, food and pharmaceutical, new energy, paper making, textile and other industries. They are suitable for automatic pipeline regulation of steam, hot water, cold and hot air, oil products, acid and alkali liquids.

The diameters cover all specifications from DN15 to DN300. Pressure ratings include PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, and ANSI Class150/300 American standard pressure ratings. We can match the most suitable valve body specification for customers according to pipeline working conditions and medium pressure.

Modulating type supports standard analog signals: 4-20mA, 0-10V. Digital type supports RS485 Modbus-RTU communication, which can remotely read and write opening and fault codes. On-off type supports passive contact switch control. It can be directly connected to PLC, DDC controller, thermostat and upper computer management system.
