We cast the hub as a large industrial casting. Machining can follow on the same part when you need flange faces, bores, or bolt holes finished.
Q:Can you cast from our 3D model and drawing?
A:
Yes. Send the drawing or model, the material grade, and whether you need the hub as-cast or machined. Tooling is made to the approved design.
Q:Is the casting inspected before machining?
A:
Yes, when the order calls for it. UT, MT, and visual checks can be done on the casting so hidden shrinkage is not passed down the line.
