Centrifugal compressors operate under continuous pressure pulsations, thermal stress, and high gas velocities. Ductile Iron (ASTM A536) provides twice the fatigue limit of Gray Iron, preventing casing fractures and ensuring dimensional stability over long operation cycles.
Q:How do you prevent compressed air leakage through micro-porosity in the casing?

We use optimized gating and feeding systems during casting to ensure dense, defect-free metal solidification. Every scroll casing is tested using both high-pressure hydrostatic testing and pneumatic holding tests to guarantee a 100% gas-tight seal.
Q:Can your scroll casing match our existing diffuser ring and impeller clearances?
A:
Yes. We machine internal scroll profiles, diffuser seating faces, and mating flanges on high-precision CNC boring centers. We hold critical axial and radial tolerances to within microns based on your engineering drawings.
