Yes. We can supply the bearing support as a cast blank or as a fully machined part, depending on the project requirements. CNC machining can cover the internal bore, flange faces, mounting holes and other specified functional surfaces.
Q:Can the material grade be customized?

Yes. Ductile iron is used for this component, and the specific grade can be selected according to the customer's drawing, mechanical requirements and operating conditions.
Q:How do you control large machined surfaces?
A:
The machining process is planned around the functional datums and mating interfaces shown on the drawing. Rough and finish machining are separated where required, with dimensional checks used to monitor the component before final machining.
