Q:Can you machine the bed after casting?
A:
Yes. HNHJ can provide as-cast, rough-machined or finished-machined components according to the required scope.
Q:Can you match the material specified on our drawing, even if it is not one of your standard grades?
A:
Yes. We can manufacture according to the material standard specified by the customer. Gray iron and ductile iron grades are selected according to the required mechanical properties, casting structure and applicable standard. ASTM, EN, ISO, JIS and other specifications can be reviewed against the drawing.
Q:Can you supply the HMC bed fully machined, including guideway and mounting surfaces?
A:
Yes. We can supply the component as an as-cast, rough-machined or finished-machined part. The machining scope, datum references, critical dimensions and inspection requirements are confirmed from the customer's machining drawing.
Q:We need several large HMC beds with different sizes. Can you manufacture different models under the same project?
A:
Yes. We can manufacture different bed designs and sizes within the applicable casting and machining range. Each model can be produced according to its own drawing, material specification and inspection requirements while being managed within the same manufacturing system.
