The rotor bores are machined according to the customer's drawing and rotor geometry requirements, with attention to the relationship between bore dimensions and the compressor's rotor clearance.
Large compressor housings contain thick sections and complex internal geometry.
We control casting quality prior to machining to prevent internal defects from surfacing after material removal.
Mounting flanges, bearing seats, sealing areas and housing end faces can be machined according to drawing requirements.
Casting and precision machining can be coordinated from the initial drawing review through final dimensional inspection.
Suitable for Heavy Compressor Components
Custom production is available for large compressor housings where casting weight, overall dimensions and machining envelope.
