Q:Which wind turbine platforms can your integrated bearing housings be used for?

Our integrated bearing housings are custom-manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications. They can be supplied for medium-speed, semi-direct drive, and direct-drive wind turbines in various MW classes. Dimensions, interfaces, and machining tolerances are fully tailored to the drivetrain requirements.
Q:Do you provide machining as well as casting?
A:
Yes. HNHJ offers integrated manufacturing from casting to CNC machining. Complete machining of bearing bores, flange faces, mounting interfaces, and critical dimensions is performed in-house, reducing dimensional deviations and avoiding risks associated with outsourced processing.
Q:How do you ensure dimensional accuracy of the bearing housing?
A:
Critical dimensions are inspected using CMM, laser tracking systems, and other precision measuring equipment. UT, MT, and mechanical property tests are also available to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
Q:Can the bearing housing withstand low-temperature operating conditions?
A:
Yes. Low-temperature ductile iron grades can be supplied to meet impact toughness requirements for onshore and offshore wind turbines operating in cold environments. Mechanical properties and impact test reports are available upon request.
