Q:What pipe sizes can this centrifugal cast pipe machine produce? Can I get customized configuration?
A:
We customize diameter & length for ductile iron / alloy cast pipes. Rotation speed, pouring unit and travelling mechanism are adjustable. Please tell us your target pipe size and material for proper proposal.
Q:What is hourly output? What foundation condition is required?
A:
Output depends on pipe diameter. Reinforced concrete foundation is required for vibration absorption. We will supply foundation drawing and power cooling requirement.
Q:What certifications do you have? Can machine fit our local voltage?
A:
CE, ISO9001 available. Electric components follow IEC standard, voltage can be customized for different countries. Pre shipment third party inspection is acceptable.
Q:What is your lead time? Which trade terms are available?
A:
Standard model: 30/40 working days; custom line:45 60 working days. FOB, CIF, DAP and other terms are supported with full export documents.
Q:What about warranty & after sales support? Are spare parts available?
A:
12 month warranty (exclude wearing parts). English manual & remote video guidance. Wearing parts in stock for quick delivery. On site service can be negotiated.
