A:
It depends on debris type, fiber content, design flow, and downstream process requirements. Share your site conditions and target capture size (or photos/samples), and we will recommend the suitable opening and configuration.
Q:How are screenings discharged? Can you supply conveying and compaction equipment?
A:
Screenings are automatically discharged at the top into a hopper or chute. A screw conveyor and a screenings compactor/press can be supplied as optional accessories to convey and dewater the screenings.
Q:How to reduce bypass flow and clogging risk?
A:
Select the right opening, match the channel dimensions, ensure effective side sealing, and use proper control logic. For high-fiber flows, enhance raking and add wash-down if needed.
